My Kenmore dryer just stopped heating but it runs.
The model number no is 110.62994101.
I need help on how to fix it. If possible with diagram on

This is basically a Whirlpool 27" dryer. First, you must check your household fuses or circuit breakers. Electric dryers need two separate lines of voltage in order for the heater to function. Sometimes one fuse or breaker will open, leaving you with a dryer that will run but won't heat. To be sure, replace the 30 amp fuses or turn off the breaker and then back on. If it still doesn't heat, it could be thermostats, cutoffs, or simply a broken heater. If the fuse/breaker thing doesn't work, we can continue from there.

Can you give me a step by step illustrations on how a change it.

First, make sure the dryer is unplugged from the outlet, of course. Usually the only way to know that the element is physically broken is to take it out and look at the whole thing. I'm slightly confused about how you know it's broken without already having it out. Anyway, the heater is in a horizontal tube behind the lower access panel. Open the panel by inserting a putty knife or similar object into the gap above the lower panel and apply pressure to the top of the black clips and pull out on the upper part of the panel. It will hinge down. The heater tube is on the right side. Simply disconnect the wires leading to the various thermostats and cutoffs on the left side (there are several, and make sure you remember which wires go to which parts) and remove the 1/4" screw holding the metal flap in front of the heater tube opening. Then remove the 1/4" screw holding the front tube support. The heater will then pull straight out towards you. The old heater pulls out of the can (look for a screw holding it in), and the new one replaces it. Simply reassemble the parts, making sure the heater tube goes inside of the duct in the rear, not just against it. Good luck.
