    Problem launching game
I have purchased 18 WOS Convoy and installed it along with directx 9. I double click the shortcut icon and the video settings for the game appears, then I click on play. Something loads for a second, but nothing appears. Both convoy.exe and prism3d.exe appear in the processes with no activity. Nothing appears in the applications. Why is this so? Then I close convoy.exe and prism3d encounters a problem and needs to close. Please any information would be greatly appreciated.

A couple of things could be causing this.

1st. Does your video card and your system meet the MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS?
(If not then you either should upgrade some of your h/w)

2nd. Sufficient Hard Disk Space and RAM (Memory)

3rd. Proper resolution set with the desktop and video card...

    Mine:

Well here's a problem for starters
    Required
Cards: 32 MB 3D Video Accelerator with DirectX 9.0 compliant video drivers This is a seperate graphics card

    Yours
Cards: 32 MB Intel 82815 Graphics Controller This is an onboard graphics chip and DOESN'T have the same capabilities as a seperate card
