Good fuel pressure at the rail fuel injectors not opening. No blown fuses .could it be a faulty ecm?

ECM/ECU but I would first look for a fuse or relay.

If the scan tool shows cranking RPM while trying to start, you can rule out the crank sensor and ECM. You have to have cranking before you have injector pulse.

First off, you MUST have a check engine light with the key on and engine off. If you don't, then start looking into the EFI fuse under hood. And or EFI main relay. That's the protection for the ECM. For the reason that blowing, a trained tecnician must look for it.
