Depends on the court calendar. It could take weeks to months.

My lawyer failed to submit a QDRO when I got divorced. Now that my ex-husband has retired, he is doing the paperwork. I wanted to know about how long it takes to get through the State Divorce court for processing?

Also is this a contested item or one that both sides agree upon? That too will play a part in how long it will take to finish.
