This is going to be difficult because I can't remember much.

It was a dreamcast game, definitely out in America. It had a cute little cartoon character that said something in a different language, but the game was in english.

I think it might have been based on an island? That's a maybe, and in the intro it might have been raining... or at night and he was flying around the sky... that might be irrelevant though.

I think it was more of an RPG game, but you moved through levels and obstacles, kind of like Sonic (but definitely not Sonic).

I also remember a lot of blue colors. So that makes me think maybe the character was blue or there was a lot of water.

Again, I think it said something that sounded like a different language, because I remember repeating it a lot. The spanish word "manana" for morning pops into my head, but obviously that's not it exactly.

I also know we borrowed it from blockbuster, if that helps in any way.

I was a lot younger when I had played it last, so sorry this is so vague, but every time I look for the game I can't find it. It was a great game.

It would be awesome if someone could help. I really want to find the game again. :)

The only Dreamcast RPG I ever played was Phantasy Star.
