What is the greatest marketing tool for a residential cleaning business?
I have started a residential cleaning service recently, but I don't know exactly how to perform marketing to increase clients. What is the greatest and most guarantee way to gain clients?

No guarantee involved but have some suggestions.

Word of mouth: Have a discount available for people who, by referral, generate another client.

Ad in local paper: it doesn't have to be big. You could include a coupon.

Business card: Hand to potential clients. Pin on info. Boards in grocery store, library.

    Hi, jointaire09!

The in-person, personal contact with potential customers is, of course the best way to get new customers. There are also other ways to market yourself that won't cost you anything to do so that you might gain you some additional customers. This would be via the Internet. The key to doing it to potentially gain more customers would be the attractiveness of ads, websites, blogs, etc. and the way that you word those things so as to gain attention for people looking for what you have to offer.

If you would like to know more about how to do that, without it costing you anything, please let me know on this thread.

    Thanks!
