I need some effective ways and suggestions

I suggest for starters you: maintain a healthy, nutritious, low GI( sugar ) diet, exercize regularly and get plenty of sleep.
Then you can begin to increase your IQ through doing puzzles etc. Problem solving is a great way to increase IQ.

It has worked for me: Science & Maths used to be my worst subjects, now they're my favourites !
