    Rough in toilet
I have a rough in for a toilet in my basement. I will not be using it and the "plug" is a tripping hazard. What can I do to remove the plug? Would it be correct to put cement in the drain for something else.
    Thanks

Of you will never use the drain rough, cut it flush with The floor, stuff newspaper in to form a dam and pour in 3-4" of Quickcrete.
