When I click on help and support , nothing happens, help and support is RUNNING, checked this out first,also I cannot get SYSTEM RSTORE to work,, any help will be appreciated

I guess your using XP? If so visit http://kellys-korner-xp.com/top10faqs.htm and look at the questions listed.Above,below intro message,click-on the prompt.Scroll down the page till you see "help and support wont work"
Click the link underneath,and read the reply very carefully.If that doesn't work,go back to start page,and read down the list till you find something of benefit.
