Any employee can be fired. A VP is just another employee.
I am the corp pres, my partner is vice pres we both own 50%. He lies nonstopabout taxes, about clients, about everything, it is bringing the corp down. What can I do?

Well here you have a problem. A lot depends on the articles of incorporation. You as president may have the right to fire him from his VP position. But he will still be an equal part owner and have a say in the operation of the company. Your best recourse is to buy him out.
