I have an employee that has been out with an injury and is ready to return to work but I would rather him be drug free before returning. Can anyone help?? Thanks

If he has a prescription for the drug then what's the problem. He probably needs it. If the drug would hamper he responsibilities then move him somewhere else.

The drug, if I recall correctly, has a halflife of about 4 hours. So probably within two or three days they'd have it all out of their system.
