Stringer, you there? Hey do you do any residential cleaning? Do you know where I could get a contract for residential cleaning? I seem to be getting quite a bit of call for it. But I do not have a contract for my clients to sign.

It is not the standard in the residential side to have a contract signed in the sense of a contract for commercial.

Normally there is no contractual period for example and other differences.

What you can do however is make a list of the specs or things to be completed upon each visit and ask them to sign this in agreement. Even though this is not a contract in its true sense it will give a sense of an agreement to comply.
