It's simple - Windows Movie Maker doesn't work. It opens up, then immediately gives an error message and closes. I really need to use it so can anyone help? Thanks

Go here Movie Maker
Click on Problem Solving, then Crashes and Hangs. It will tell you what the issue is and what codec(s) is causing the problem, and how to fix it.
