    Clock
I bought a clock at a yard sale, it has (centurion) on the front, also (Korea), and on the back it has Korea stamped on it.
It looks old, it is wooden, is a 35 day clock, with key and key holes for the time, and the chime, I think. It has a pendulam.
I can't find any clocks made by Korea, or find this clock made by centurion. Can you help me find out how old it is and what it's worth?

To put your mind at ease I too bought a 35 day clock at a yard sell made in Korea and it says Daniel Dakota, it has two key holes and a Pendulum it chimes on the hour and every half hour. I have searched for info on this clock and have nothing. Sorry for not helping but your not alone.

Do the clocks in question here look anything like the one that is pictured below?

I know that the image isn't all that great. But, the one that I found was really small, so I had to enlarge it.

    Thanks!

I purchased two Centurion 35 day clocks at yard sales. Both shelf top pendulum clocks. They both chime on the hour and half hour.

I took them both apart to service them. They appear to be fairly cheaply made. I suspect they are intended to look like vintage clocks. The materials are similar to some real antique clocks that I own. However when I inspected them with my UV light, the wood finish gives off a yellow sheen that is consistent with urethane. I am not a furniture expert, but I can tell you that urethane finishes were not common in vintage clocks. The wood is stained and is not a hardwood like most antique clocks. The suspension spring appears to be tack welded to the crutch wire. This could be something common in Korean movements, but I don’t recall ever seeing tack welding used on anything antique. One of mine has Arabic numbers on the dial. The font appears to be more modern.

The clocks do keep good time. Also the absence of plastic parts seems to suggest that they are at least 20 years old (not sure).

I have seen the same clocks for sale on E-Bay, and other places for $30-$75. I suspect they retailed at places like sears for under $100. Perhaps they were sold in the late 70’s or early 80’s (just a guess).
