Hey all,
OK just put a new motherboard in & cpu & basically it boots for about 5-10 seconds then shuts down again, getting shorter each time unless I leave it while any ideas

Is your cpu fan working - sounds like overheating to me!

Thanks for your quick response mate. I found the problem. The CPU wasn't embedded properly (I didn't put it in LOL). Once I pushed it in properly it kicked off no problems. Plus as I said in my first post it would shut down in 5-10secs so it didn't have time to overheat.
