    Real culture is there now and ideal culture is future wise. Which is better it be hard to say because the're both are very good.

    Aaah, a sociology question. Ideal culture is what everyone in a culture wants to believe, real culture is how it really is.

    Example:

    Ideal - Don't have sex until you're married.
    Real - Most people have it before marriage in our culture.

    That was the best example I could think of off the top of my head. If you want a better explanation, just ask, and I'll try to think of some more.

    Real culture is that of reality. The things that are acutally happening opposed to the way a person would like things in society, as themselves, etc, to be (ideal culture)
