True or False
In the process of collective bargaining between an employer and a union, wages and benefits may increase, may stay the same, or may be reduced.
We don't do homework.
What do you think and why? We aren't going to give you the answer but we are willing to help you.
True, they are sealing a deal that benefits all involved.
The premise is wrong - "most people" don't vote in favor of unions anymore. Membership in the US anyway is dropping like a rock. They are useless, take your money, sit on it and lose it and spend it on the fatcat union bosses, and get nothing that the workers can't get for themselves through more labor protection laws.
Good luck getting more labor protection laws from your lawmakers.
I see plenty, with people wanting more.
The next proposal is mandatory paid maternity, sick, and taking care of a sick relative leave. How is an employer going to PAY those wages?
You can't do it off the wages they do pay you as it is, so don't get sick, have babies, and mama can take care of herself right? Quite the conundrum.
