We have been asked to bid on a 251,000 sqft. Commercial Building in the Houston area. The building is brand new and construction is just wrapping up clean will include all floors,restrooms,stairwells and elevators.

Anyone know what the going rate per sqft. Is in the Houston area?

Nope. YOU have to make lists of dumpster and haul away prices, permits, etc. Then walk through, asking yourself what 100 x 100 will take, what more labor intensive rooms like restrooms will take, and multiplying by 2510. Then add ~ 25% for the unforeseen. Window cleaning? Wall dust? This is what separates the one who survives from the one who doesn't. I'm sure you have estimated before and know it's work.
