    Toilet Seat
    Hello:

Why do women have to be so disrespectiful of men? They always leave the toilet seat down. I don't know what I'm going to do about this.

Live alone, and even then it will end up down sometimes.

Well I am not down after the chuckle this gave me. LOL excon.

Want to know a secret... hmmmm. We really don't care whether it is up or down... it's just that you all are so perfect we need to pick on something...

To be truthful, hubby, leaves it up... and once I forgot... not very comfortable and gives a bit of a cold shock  , and for that split moment... I really didn't like hubby at all, not even a little.

My boyfriend and I came to an agreement when we moved in together, we both put the lid down when we are done, so we both have to lift and put down something when we go!

I recommend a bit of remodeling in the bathroom: Take out the sink, and replace it with a urinal. You will never argue about the toilet seat again.

    Edit: Better phrasing.

I can only guarantee to flush, and that should be good enough, I don't have time to worry about who falls in.

My thoughts are, if I am polite enough to bend over and put it up so I do not widdle on the seat -- she should have enough common sense to check as she goes down.
AllHeart -- I bet it will be a long time before you forget again

LOL Savage... no comment... laughing so hard... oh my.. okay, I confess, it happened on two separate occasions... too funny!! Ya think I would have at least peaked the second time.. but there was lots of time in between so I forgot... but yes, two times was more than enough... LOL

We are in the process of remodeling our bathroom and my husband wants to put one in. I am all for it! How hard can it really be to clean?

You wash your hands in the urinal, or am I missing something?
How do you brush your teeth
Please don't describe the image I already have in my mind.

I have a sink in the kitchen for that kind of mundane stuff.

I hate to think of what's living on your toilet door handle

Sad, but true. You could get a porta potty for the woman, or a commode and tell her to stay out of the bathroom. That should take care of any problems - because she would leave and never come back. Lol..

All wit aside, I do remember when this was an issue in my marriage. We ended up putting in a half bath downstairs for me.

    Oh yeah, good one.

Alternatively, and a bit cheapier and easier, you could just remove the toilet seat from the toilet.

;) Shhhhhhhh S2tp, it's not really true... they are not perfect, I just said that so they would concede that leaving the darn seat up is WRONG!! I thought it is well worth the trade off... please don't tell them... k? ;)

Just look at all the trouble and fighting indoor plumbing has caused.

Ohh the good ole days when it was just the shed behind the house and there was no lids at all.
