Looking for authorized yoga classes that take workman's compensation. I have been authorized already but can't find any local classes that take workman's comp.I live in tonawanda NY 14150

MOST people on this site aren't even in the USA much less NY or your City. I recommend opening up your phone book and calling every one local to you.

Done that already all I called want cash up front. Then have WC reimburse me. I can't aford it with what they are paying me.

I highly doubt that there is a yoga class anywhere in the entire US that will wait to be paid by WC. I have never heard of such an arrangement except at hospital-affiliated physical therapy programs. There might be one in a large city that has yoga as well as the usual PT, but not in Tonawanda.

There are countless yoga programs on TV (I see them a lot on PBS early in the morning) or you can get DVDs for pennies, such on on eBay. For healing an injury, you might want to try the yoga in a super-heated room. I think there's a name for it but I can't recall what it is.
