I'm looking for a teenie movie (comedy) from the late 80's or 90's. It's about a teenager who can't wait to get his driver's license. His sister is doing it as well.
The first time he tries the test, his examinator tell hims his sole condition ist not to spill his coffee (which he places on the dashboard). He has a very hard test (parking in a very busy market street) and he fails at the last minute. Meanwhile, his sister has an extremely unchalleging test. She looks very bored at the photo.
One of the last scenes is that he is being chased and he drives all the way in reverse.
Please help me finding the movie! I want to motivate my daughter who've just failed her first test :(
