We speak to the phone after we finish the work and everything seems to be very romantic. Please help me... How should we be couple?

There are things to consider thou, like :- is he your boss? What's his position in the compan?

How long have you known him, and what is the policy at your job?? Work place romance can be bad for your employment especially when the relatioship turns bad and you still have to see him.
