Where could I get medication tested to see if it is a placebo

Where are you located?

Based on a show I've seen recently about counterfeit medication in Africa and other places. I would not trust anything that did not come from an official pharmacy, or at prices too good to be true. You usually get what you pay for. Which means anything at 10% of its regular price...isn't the real thing. And being a placebo is the least of your worries...some fakes have very toxic ingredients.
