The other thing could be that the computer you are using to upload the files onto has some incompatible software. This happened to me once with excel files. The excel files I had saved were on a new version and the computer I tried to upload them on had an older version of excel and it just would not open. Even when it did open it came up as just figures & letters- all gobbledy gook!!
You need to either log on as Admin or as those people. You should then be able to copy (not try to open) the files to somewhere on the new drive.Quote:
