I have a 3 year old, which is where the weight came from. I work a full time job. I need to lose probably 40 pounds total and I would look great but I dont even know where to begin. I'm CONSTANTLY tired as it is and I'm out of shape so if I did try to work out I would probably fall over. I need to get into a routine and maybe it wouldn't be so hard but where the heck do I start??:confused:
