About 2 yrs today I did get pregnant didn't know about it and when I found out a week later had a miscarriage. When I found out they told me ahead of time I might loose it because when they drew blood they said this number was really low and :I was in a miscarriage stage. I really wanted the baby and have always wanted at least one. My boyfriend as well we have never used protection and I have never used birth control. I can't even think of me not having kids. How can I become pregnant? If so many people can why can't I? The soonest possible. I feel I have been waiting 2 yrs and can't stand it I am very impatient.

Have you discussed this with your OBGyn? There is a whole battery of tests that can be done to determine your fertility or lack thereof.
