While looking on the court documents for my boyfriend's sentencing tomorrow, the docket states "probation sentence". Just out of curiousity, does this mean he's getting probation, or its just sentencing. This is his 3rd DUI ( I know), and we're completely in the dark about what is going to happen. We live in Ohio, and the maximum jail term is one year and I am PRAYING this judge is having a good day!!

It is very possible that they were already on probation from the 2nd DUI, and this court hearing is about the violation of that probation.
