I had to take a hair test for a promotion at work yesterday. I have only smoked around 4 times in my entire life; however, the last time I smoked was around 137 days ago where I took a single hit of a girls bowl. I know I shouldn't worry because the test was only for a 90 day period, but the nurse who took my hair didn't measure the hair and it's possible she could have taken a little more than the designated 1.5 inches. My hair isn't long, but I'm not sure the lady was very competent. I'm worried that this could potentially put me in danger of failing because the test company in Psychemedics. Should I be worrying? Nearly everyone has told me I have nothing to fear. Thanks!

You should be fine. Sadly we can only guess, bit it's an educated guess, and based on that educational guess, you should be okay. :)

A hair drug test is meant to show consisted use over time. It looks like you didn't do enough weed to be positive. As far as the collection went, the collector only cuts the hair at the scalp line. Once the hair gets to the lab a lab technician will cut it into the appropriate 1.5 inch (90 day) sample to be run. You should be negative.
