I really need to know the name of this movie. I will try to describe it. It is about a kid named jack who travels to an island through a book. The film is from the 90s. There is a giant stone monster in a the film and a mermaid called Millie. There are pirates and the pirate-leader turns to gold when in a cave at the end of the film. If someone has any idea what the name of this film, tell me!

All the girl get put under ice while their life is being drained. One girl has a ring. There is a man who is braind washed helping the witch. The witch lives in a tawer in the woods.
