    Vessel sink pop-up drain is stuck in the closed position
    My pop-up drain in stuck in the closed position... it shoul open by pushing it down with your thumb but it won't pop back up... what can I do?

    Look under the sink for the control arms that attach to the handle you move up and down. That rod connects to a horizontal arm with a clip making an elbow-like connection. I think the clip slipped, maybe completely off.

    Hi all:

    No connection under the sink for a "POP-UP" or button type of vessel sink drain assembly, Bob (Ballengerb1).

    If the pop up feature no longer pops up then you will need to either disassemble the unit and see if you can detach the pop up assembly or you will need to replace the entire unit, OK?
