Salary vs Hourly, punching a clock on salary.
My company put me on salary a few years back. I still have to work overtime and I still have to punch a time card, I just dont get paid for any overtime hours. Also I have not gotten the standard raise that I used to get anymore. I was wondering is this fair practice?

    Fair, no! Legal, yes!

A company can ask you to report your time for tracking purposes whether you are hourly or salaried. As for raises, unless contractually required there is no obligation to give them.

Yep, its totally legal and unfair. Keep in mind that some industries have taken back raises and cut benefits. There is no guarantee of a raise or even keeping a job for that matter.
