Evaluate the influence of two major theories of ageing on health and social care service provision.

Could anyone help me on this question... im not asking for the answer but am struggling to understand what the question means and wanted some ideas. The two theories of ageing I am studying on is the 'disengagement theory' and the 'activity theory'.

This sounds easy enough. First define disengagement theory and the activity theory. How does each affect older adults? Then enumerate possible solutions for disengagement and detail how health services and social services that are supposed to encourage activity are set up to affect older adults who are disengaged.
