I am in Ohio. Can I make my boyfriend leave if he is not on my lease at all? I am in a similar situation and I am afraid that he will Destroy the apartment (holes in wall ect)if I just leave. I asked him to leave once and he told me he would have parties in the apartment every night until it was time for him to leave and the he would make my life unbareable. What should I do?

I would call the police, have him charged with threatening and harassment. Why let someone like that control your life ? Have him evicted. If he threatens you again, call the police. I would have no problem at all getting rid of someone like that out of my life, like possibly forever.

In fact, do you know of any big burly guys who would do a favour for you ?

I have no problem at all letting this person go and never seeing him again. I just have to find the smart way to do it so I don't have to pay damages for my apartment.
