Help! I'm locked out of my garage. My remote is in my car inside the garage, and my code will not work on the keypad. It was working yesterday but it just stopped today. I have changed the battery, and tried resetting a temporary password. These things do not wok. It is a Craftsman model 132B2171-2. I cannot get into my garage any other way. Does anyone know anything about this?

Is it possible that you blew a breaker or a fuse to the garage circuit ? You need to check that. Also you might be able to open it by tugging on it and triggering the torque switch. That's the one that prevents it from closing down on you should you fall under it.
