    Hi, allwinds!

Are you the one who is going to be doing the painting or someone else, please?

It's a difficult question to answer without knowing all of the facts. For instance: interior or exterior job, the type of surface area - perfectly smooth or textured in some way? the manner in which the paint is applied - spray, roller or brush of some kind, the vicinity - i.e. town or city location, repairs that might need to be made to the surface area, the number of coats to be applied, objects that might need to be moved by the painter, whether the painter will be the one supplying the paint, or the customer, etc.

There are many factors that go into pricing paint jobs. Until more facts are known, it's difficult to answer your question. If you could supply more information, it would be appreciated!

    Thanks!

    Hi, Marlan!

This is the old and now archived thread of someone else. I just happened to come across your post here.

You already posted about this on your own thread.

I would suggest that you post what you did here, there.

    Thanks!

Prices range between $1.50 to $3.50 per square foot. However, you must consider any scraping, powerwashing, cualking, etc. Take the square footage and mult. It by both $1.50 and then 3.50. This will give you high/low numbers. Remember to add your material costs! If there is a lot of scraping (time consuming) charge $3.50, if not and it's easy to prep charge less! That's the best I can do without pixs!
