I have a chart with the list some foods glycemic index number, but it left off some foods. If you can tell me their number or which category they are in, high, moderate, or low; it will be appreciated.

White beans, pecans, brown lentils, green split peas, almonds, oatmeal, red wine

Also, if there is some way or some kind of system to tell which category a food would be in (since there are so many foods like cereal), I would be thankful to know that as well.
