Vitamins/minerals are not the key to a perfect life, they aid only if your eating correctly, and exercising on a regular basis. You need to eat breakfat, lunch and dinner as well as healthy snacks. Get up, run, walk, jog, bike, dance, aerobics, resistance training but move your body, 1 hr. 3-4 times a week, it gets very motivating, but you have to make the attempt / GET UP, ENJOY LIFE, Even the way you put your questions, sounded like you lack motivation!

    Thank you for your answer,
As per above answer,I move my body regulary,I wake up in the moring at 7 and do regulary walking for 30 minutes but I wonder why I feel tired really fast, everything is OK with me only that I don't take food on right time as per breakfast at 11 then lunch at 3 and dinner at 10pm. Suggest me a better way to improve my lethargy life...
    Thank u

I would really try and eat a more regular basis. Eat a little something before you walk, like some fruit, or yogurt, toast, but you need some fuel for the walk, for starters. You body has had no nourishment all night, so this will help you perk up a lot. I think that if you a healthy breakfast, like some whole grain cereal, toast, low fat/skim milk and some fruit, it will give you the energy you need for a positive day. Try it for a couple of days and see how you feel. But eat at more sensible times, 10 PM at night is pretty late to be eating a meal, it will make you tired especially if you are just sitting around instead of moving around burning some of the calories you have just consumed. ( I'm assuming you are going to bed soon after.) If at all possible try this as soon as you can, let me know how you feel in a couple of days!
