    Does crystal light contain aspartame or phenylalanine?
    It says on the Crystal Light label that it contains Phenylalanine. It says nothing about Aspartame. I know there's a difference. So does this beverage contain Aspartame or not?

    Phenylalanine IS aspartame. Just another name for the same ant poison. Avoid it like the plague if you have any smarts. Try stevia instead. That is all natural. More and more products are having stevia instead of fake stuff like the P and A stuff.

    I am allergic to aspartame and tried drinking Crystal Light years ago. Yep. I got that horrendous headache indicative of the aspartame allergy.

    Also, there is a NEW name now for aspartame. It's called Amino Sweet. Don't fall for that new name either. It's the same old poison.
