Nowhere in my post did I claim that NSLookup is used for determining what ports an IP address is listening on. Using Telnet to determine if the remote address is listening on a port is tops on my list as well but does not show resolved names for you. The original poster asked for an IP address of a host listening on HTTPS. These are two different questions: 1) what is the IP address for the host and 2) is it listening on port 443.Quote:
