Every time I click on anything to download a box comes up an it ask if I want to save or run the file which ever 1 I pick brings up another box which says choose a program you want to open this file an the programs that I can pick are internet... adobe reader 9.3 an it doesn't matter which one I pick it doesn't work... can some one please help!!

What is the extension of the file you are trying to download?

Hi, I have the same problem if anybody can help. I am desperately trying to download anti virus software to my computer but when I agree to 'save the file' the download does not appear to my download box. The same happens regardless of which software I am trying to download. I think my computer is already getting infected because it keeps freezing - urgh!

Sorry but I forgot to add that I can actually download documents but cannot find them afterwards.

Umm I really want to download something but after I click run it says yes or no it won't let me click yes so witch means I can't save the file
