I saw a movie or some kind of cartoon when I was little ( 1980-1990's) was animated, had several dragons in it, different colors and each had a type - water -fire - wind you get the idea, and I remember something about rings. The story was about a young man who had some sort of book that had a symbol on it ( like a pentagram) . He was sucked or transferred into a different world and at the end of the movie he had to declare that he only believed in science and facts and that was the only say he was sent home, thus defeating the "head evil doer" which had a red/black dragon as his alley. Also each prince or ruler had his own dragon, (blue) (green) and so on... it looked like a Japanese made film but have yet to find it, any help would be most welcomed! :)
