Mister Moses (1965)
It was a Tarzan movie I cannot identify, with I believe Gordon Scott as Tarzan, uttered by a killer native who used a leopard paw/claw as a weapon... On departing he wouldn't say "Goodbye." Instead he said "Never The Less Hello." Let me know what movie this was in would you?
