Well, good rule of thumb that won't result in anyone getting in trouble due to your age... is the following.

If everything you did was something you could do in front of your parents... then you would have nothing to fear.

Anything more detailed than that, I highly recommend talking to your mom about... if she hasn't had the talk with you yet... then its time. There is a lot of incoreect and flat out wrong information floating around, if its from your friends... they are likely wrong... and just because you find it on the internet... doesn't make it right.
