    No. They break down into different metabolites. Lortab into hydromorphone, Tramadol into O-desmethyltramadol. Either, can be detected but would require separate tests.

    Here's what you have told me so far:

    SAP = Substance Abuse Panel
    10 = Number of drugs tested for (a 10 panel test)
    50 = cutoff for marijuana (actually THC-COOH, standard)
    300= cutoff for cocaine (standard)

    The descriptive sequence bespeaks a Quest Diagnostics test.

    Is there more? Specifically is there a preceding numerical sequence beginning with 35... that precedes the above?

    Also, and very important, is this being conducted in the office of a licensed physician? ("doctor" as noted in your question)

    Okay, what specifically is your question. Who is this courier and what was the test; blood test; urine test; dna test. Don't know what you are referring to. If you are asking what we know, it won't be anything, because you will have to wait for your results to get back to your doctor. We have no connection with medical facilities.

    The numeric identification, 35536N, (a laboratory code or LC) points to Quest Diagnostics (a drug testing laboratory). This specific ID is usually, though not necessarily, associated with pre-employment assessments as is 3553gn. Outside of Quest this number has no meaning and is of no benefit in determining what is being tested for. Even the lab personnel are unable to determine what the number indicates. I happened to be talking with Quest's headquarters and they indicated it is used internally to file and identify tests. But they, like all labs, offer 10-panels in various configurations.

    In general, Lortab (a semi-synthetic opioid) will not show up in a standard opiate panel. But it is easily tested for, by the same methods, by simply using lower detection limits. Usually, that isn't done. Labs would prefer to charge for a separate test.
