There was a small ingrown hair on my vaguna for a while I popped it awhile ago but remained hard. I just try to pull a hair out with a sewing needle assuming it was probably still in there and the needle went extremely deep with no pain like a long hole. I don't know what's wrong with me, please help.

It sounds like it tunneled. Meaning the infection has gone deep. You should probably have your doctor look at it and he/she may put you on an antibiotic to clear it up. I'm a nurse, and these things can get very nasty. I've seen some pretty bad one's where they had to remove tissue. I'm not trying to scare you, but that's my advice that I strongly recommend.

Is it red and inflamed? Does it have an odor?

There's no odor but now it's red and inflammed and irritated due to me trying to get the hair out.
