    Liver count exremely high
My wife has had a liver count for the past two years in the high 900's. She takes the blood tests every six months and no changes. There still high. They have her take vitiams and she takes all sorts of meds. Still no changes. Still high. They say she has no liver problems. Then why is her levels high? She is always in pain and very tired. What should we do or what kind of Dr. should we see?

    Thanks for your time,

Liver can be controlled somewhat by diet/vitamins and supplements but
I am not sure what of what ones would lower vs higher but they are some B vitamins and some amino acids. A good alternative meds doc would definitely be able to help her.
One thing that should be safe and good for her is taking digestive enzymes when she eats.

Remember though, that the OP said that she is on a lot of meds. To answer this properly, I would need to know what meds she is on.

    We don't have liver problems.
I know alternative doctors that specialize in liver problems.

NH and I do not have liver problems. She is very knowledgeable in herbs and supplements, while I am a nurse.

Now, have you seen an endocrinologist? Also, some meds do tend to cause high levels, so knowing the meds is vital.
