Well, let's see... lately oatmeal (not instant), toast (white bread) with Fleishman's butter and Welch's spread, salmon, halibut, Activia, fresh bell peppers ( all colors), onion, celery, waterchest-nuts, fresh asparagus, lentil soup, pasta with cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, peanut butter, Life cereal, bananas, apples, strawberries, soy milk, canned pinneapple and bing cherries, vegetarian frozen prepared foods,. and two dark chocolate truffles (a day) to name a few. :D
