Yeah but, just because it's legal doesn't mean it's easy to get or that the majority of people get them. In some states I believe it's still virtually illegal.
Most people in the US never have an abortion. Sure some do, but it's not as common as you would think.

Anyway, how did a marriage question end up with an abortion discussion? Haha...
