I am doing internship and my employer wants me to enroll in at least one class to continue my internship (I will use OPT for my internship as I do not have a full time job now) so I am wondering is there any way I can enroll in any class at some small university (in Orange County) who will not bother me for Visa as my F1 Visa is expiring on 4April2010 and I can not go to India as I am applying for OPT this week!
Will this affect my status or educational experience for future job purposes?

Would just an adult education class count? I think you can find out more about it through the community center. I get flyers for it in the mail, I've never paid much attention to them though. I remember seeing something about not needing visas though.
