I had an HP tech work on it Sat, My cam mike had messed up, so I called them to fix my mike. Well he said he couldn't fix my mike, but he sure as heck cleaned out my computer an filled it up with on running script, I want it off, I can't do any thing for it, it keeps knocking out everything I try to do.

I'd start by calling the same people back... they should have logs as to what they did... and even if someone else did it... they should be able to un do it.

Particularly if your computer skills aren't all that advanced. Nosiung around in the registry and some othe rplaces carry a great risk of turning a poorly running machine into a machine that doesn't run at all... and would require a clean reinstall of the O/S which actually might be a good thing to do at this point... do you have the original install disks or a recovery partition?
